Working in a medium-sized fire department we have been through many of the growing pains your organization has faced. Like you, we have experienced up's and down's, success and failure. But all along the way, we have grown. We have grown to understand our challenges and our limits. We have learned to take continuous stock of our skills and to continually, reevaluate and refresh our beliefs and understanding.

Our primary focus is to help equip you with the tools and foundational elements to you construct and deliver for your staff. We want to provide you with the toolkit necessary to build and maximize value. To allow you and your staff to focus on your skills and resources and use them to build value. Throughout the nation fire department's fail to share knowledge, information, and resources. While each discipline has groups and meetings, we discuss concepts and ideas, and rarely executable action.
The moment we stop learning we stop growing. We have learned from our mistakes. We have grown. We realize that "if you are the smartest guy in the room, you need to find a different room." We believe that to create long-term, sustainable success, we need to focus on the "whole" person. We need to combine our institutional knowledge and skills, modern science and teachings, physical and mental health, formal education, and practical training to create a legacy for our organizations.
Red Brick Group is not exciting. We are not flashy. We've all attended classes that make you want to run through a wall. There are incredible instructors across the country.
